Please note that on weekends and holidays, the tour company is closed, so customers cannot call the contact number on those days. If you are unable to show up at the meeting point on the day, the guide in charge will contact you at the contact number you provided when booking.
We cannot guarantee your desired location, but only accept requests. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all requests due to local circumstances on the day.
Restaurant reservations are possible (only for restaurants where payment is not required at the time of reservation). *A handling fee will be charged (paid on site).
We are unable to provide restaurant recommendations, however you can ask your guide for advice on the day.
If the customer requests an extension on the day, an additional fee will be charged. The extension fee must be paid in cash on the day.
This plan does not include airport transfers. If you would like an airport transfer, you will need to apply for a separate airport transfer plan.
