• Participants must be 18 years or over to consume alcohol. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please take care of your belongings. The provider does not accept responsibility for the loss of personal items, including those left in lockers and bathrobes.
• Alba is a place of stillness. Please keep noise to a minimum.
• The provider's intention is to provide a safe environment where you feel secure. You will always be appropriately covered to protect modesty during a spa treatment.
• Alba is a place of tranquillity; therefore, phones or smart watches are not permitted in the springs, spa or restaurant. Mobile phones and smart watches can be used in reception and the car park, however if you are taking photographs, please only take photos of people in your immediate party.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.

Please book at least 24 hours prior to your date of selection to guarantee your booking.

Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
