  You will be picked at your hotel in Dar Es Salaam/ Zanzibar at 0700 Hours and drive towards airport for your flight towards Selous departing at 1030 Hours. You will depart Dar Es Salaam arriving at Selous at approximately 1100 Hours. Upon arrival you will be met and received by your driver guide and start a short game drive as you head towards your booked accommodation

• Nyerere National Park

  you will begin a two hours game drive from the airport trip within the vast wilderness of the Nyerere national park formerly called Selous Game Reserve. After mid day your driver lunch will drive you to camp for a hot lunch and a short rest before the boat safari in the evening.

• Rufiji River

  You will arrive at your camp in time for lunch and afternoon rest on the shores of the Rufiji River. Boating safaris is perhaps the most relaxing way to game view. Sharing the river with families of hippo and crocodiles gives you an opportunity to view birds nesting in the banks, monitor lizards, and many water birds are just some of the highlights. You will return to your camp in the evening for dinner and overnight on the banks of the Rufiji River.
