We had a confirmed booking for a VIP Desert Safari, but no pickup ever arrived at the scheduled time. The organiser was unreachable, with the provided contact number switched off, and no prior communication was given. This resulted in a complete loss of the experience despite full payment. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.
