It was an amazing experience! The guide and driver were very friendly and accommodating and the tour guide Catherine, explained quite a bit. She also helped to translate the instructions from the sushi chef. The sushi and udon given was delicious! I was given quite a lot of time to go shopping at Otaru. Catherine also told me which items were limited edition and could only be bought at the Shiroi Koihibito Park as well. She also highlighted some things I could buy at Otaru. I paid a bit extra for the factory tour and it was really entertaining and fun. I will 100% recommend this tour agency! :)
