- Grace period: 75 minutes (airport pick-up) / 25 minutes (city pick-up).
- Waiting fee: HKD 120 per 30 minutes thereafter.

- Please book before 6:00 PM (GMT+8) the day before departure.
- Booking confirmation provided within 72 hours.
- Price is per vehicle (1–6 passengers).
- Holiday surcharge applies on Chinese New Year (days 1–3), Christmas (Dec 24–26), New Year’s Eve (Dec 31), and New Year’s Day (Jan 1).

- Child seat service not available during epidemic period.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Effective November 1, 2025: Hong Kong law requires children aged 8 or below and under 1.35 meters in height to use a child safety seat while traveling. Non-compliance is illegal.
- For private car services, guests must notify the supplier by 6:00 PM (GMT+8) the day before departure if bringing children who meet these criteria.
- Failure to notify may result in the driver refusing service without a refund.
