Validity & Usage
- Valid for 3 consecutive days from the selected start date after exchange
- E-ticket is valid for 3 months from purchase date
- Pass must be exchanged in Japan, with start date selected within 1 month of exchange
- No participation date selection required at booking

- Ensure the name entered at booking matches passport exactly; mismatches prevent exchange
Exchange Information
- Present E-ticket and passport at designated exchange locations in Japan
- Starting date must be selected at time of exchange and cannot be changed
- Same pass type cannot overlap in validity periods
- Customers who do not meet eligibility requirements will not be able to exchange the pass

- Covers Fujikyu Railway, Izu Kyuko Line, Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Line, Tokyo Monorail, Joshin Dentetsu Line, and Saitama New Urban Transit (New Shuttle) Line (Omiya to Tetsudō-Hakubutsukan)
- Reserved seats included on Tobu-JR through trains
- Access to Joyful Trains (advance seat reservation required)
- Some trains may have limited seat allocation (specific cars only)
- GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort station only accessible during operating season
- Additional fees for premium trains (Gran Class, Green cars, sleeper trains, Fujisan Express/View Express, Fuji Tozan Densha)

Seat Reservations
- Reserved seats required for Shinkansen and limited express trains; free of charge and unlimited during 3-day validity
- Non-reserved seats do not require reservations

Must Know
- Validity: The E-Ticket is valid for three months from the date of purchase. The physical pass is valid for 3 consecutive days from the selected starting date.
- Tokaido Shinkansen: Please note that the JR TOKYO Wide Pass cannot be used on the Tokaido Shinkansen.
- Reserved Seats: While unlimited, reserved seat tickets must be issued at a JR EAST Ticket Office, Travel Service Center, or Reserved Seat Ticket Vending Machine before boarding.
- Usage Period: Usage and pass exchange begin from August 21, 2025.
