Additional information
- Please provide at least two preferred times when making a reservation in case your preferred time is fully booked. The latest reservation time will be the time shown on your voucher.
- Children can also receive treatment if accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, children under the age of 12 cannot receive treatment.
- If you would like a couple's room, please let us know in advance so we can make the request to the spa.
- Pregnant women can generally receive massages, but we recommend that you do so softly and for a shorter time (we will ask you about the condition of your fetus).
- If you are menstruating, we may ask you to change some of the treatments or refrain from flower baths.
- We offer free babysitting services (ages 0 and up, no upper age limit). If you would like a babysitter, please apply at the time of booking. *If your child does not stop crying, we may ask you to take over.
- If you are participating alone, a one-way transfer fee of 300 pesos will be charged. Please pay this directly to the spa.
- Pick-up is only available from hotels on Mactan Island. Guests in Mandaue, Cebu City, or Cordova area should come directly to the spa.
