The cooking class will start  in the beautiful living room of Riad El Amine Fès with a conversation with Chef Steven around a cup of mint tea.Our Chef will get to know more about you and about your personal tastes. After you will go for a short walk to the Medina Souk to choose your ingredients with our Chef that will teach you how to select the freshest products. Once back at the Riad, we will start the cooking in front of the lobby pool listening to your favorite kind of music. After the class you will be invited to our restaurant to enjoy the meal that you have prepared. You will also be very welcome to use the different outlets like the Spa , the Library or the Rooftop.
