WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This immersive cooking session invites you to explore Vietnamese culture
through food, storytelling, and connection. Guided by a Cultural Storyteller -
not just a chef - you’ll learn how each herb, spice, and flavor reflects the
soul of Vietnam’s regions.
Your group will cook ONE signature dish of your choice (vegetarian options
available for all):
- Banh Xeo – Southern crispy sizzling pancake.
- Nem Ran – Hanoi-style fried spring rolls.
- Goi Cuon – Fresh spring rolls with herbs & dipping sauce.
- Bun Cha – Grilled pork with noodles, Hanoi classic.
- Cha Ca La Vong – Grilled fish with dill, a Hanoian treasure.
- Pho Bo / Pho Ga – Vietnam’s legendary noodle soup.
