By completing a valid reservation you will allow us to come and pick you up from the port of Civitavecchia where the large cruise ships dock. Thanks to our special access permits we will be able to get right under your ship. For this reason it is important to specify the name of the ship as well. When you get off the ship at the time scheduled in the reservation, you will find our driver waiting for you with a name recognition sign. He will help you with the transport of your luggage to the vehicle, which is still parked in the immediate vicinity of the ship. The driver is instructed to take you by the fastest and safest route to your final destination in Rome.
For the port, the waiting time is a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival, after which a surcharge of € 30.00 will be applied for the sedan and € 35.00 for the minivan including VAT and the driver will be released. If you have problems call the driver's number immediately if you have one, or call the number indicated on the voucher so we can give directions to the driver.
