Last minute communications, not punctual at all, not guaranteed to drop you at your hotel, not professional. I WOULD NOT use this service again. 1) After asking us for the hotel address the day before, they did not contact us till 1.5h before the scheduled time where they said they would pick us up early in 15mins. My partner and I were not at our hotel so we could not make it for their last minute notice. The contact person was somewhat apologetic citing they wanted to give a free upgrade that resulted in the change of time, though we did not ask for it. It still does not explain why they only contacted us 1.5h before the scheduled pickup time. 2) We agreed to have the pick up at a later slot -4:30pm and reach Hanoi at 630-7pm. However the first car arrived at 5:10pm and brought us to another location to wait for the bigger limousine van - and we ended up only leaving Ninh Binh for Hanoi at 5:45pm. 3) Also, as part of this "upgrade" they still dropped us 10 mins away from our destination hotel, asking us to walk the remaining distance (appreciate the Hanoi traffic and lack of pedestrian walkways). We reached our hotel at 8:30pm - wasting at least an extra 2h for all these mishaps. This was far later than the 7pm arrival time the contact person told us about.
