Highlights
As one of the six ancient capitals, the history left Luoyang with several precious cultural relics: Shaolin Temple, Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple and Luoyang Museum. The Shaolin Temple is world famous because of Shaolin Kungfu and the Longmen Grottoes contains the largest and most impressive collection of Chinese art from the late Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties (316-907) entirely devoted to the Buddhist religion.
