• This tour is only open to foreign tourists; Korean citizens are not permitted to join.
  
• The itinerary times are for reference only and are subject to change based on the actual situation on the day and the tour guide's arrangements.
  
• Children aged 0-3 years (under 36 months) can participate in the tour for free, but will not occupy a seat and will not be included in the admission tickets for each attraction. Please indicate the number of children aged 0-3 years when booking.
  
• Children aged 3 and above (36 months or older) must occupy a seat and the fee is the same as for adults. If a child or adult is unable to participate in the skiing activity due to incompatible ski equipment, no compensation or refund can be claimed. (Please note the participant's size when booking).
  
• All ski tours include basic ski lessons. Those who do not participate in the lessons will be considered to have waived their right to the lessons and will not be entitled to compensation or refunds.
  
• To facilitate communication, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile phone number/Line/WhatsApp/WeChat/Kakaotalk, etc.).
  
• The tour guide will contact guests via messaging app the day before departure. Please ensure that the messaging app you provided is accessible.
• To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. Latecomers will not be waited for.
  
• Due to weather conditions, the snow quality at the ski resorts may gradually deteriorate in March. Guests booking trips in March are advised to assess and consider this beforehand.
  

[Two Days, One Night] Nami Island + Skiing Two-Day Trip: Important Notes

• This trip requires a minimum of two people to register; single registrations cannot be accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  
• Ski instruction lessons and skiing activities are only offered on the first day. The second day is free time. If you wish to ski on the second day, please purchase the additional service on the page in advance.
  
• Breakfast is not included on the second day of the tour. If you would like to order breakfast, please do so at the hotel counter.
  
• If the hotel is fully booked or has insufficient rooms during peak ski season, the supplier reserves the right to change or adjust the hotel, and will find an alternative hotel of the same standard, and provide a shuttle bus to the ski resort the following day. (Refunds cannot be requested under this condition.)
  
• The maximum room size for this tour is 2-4 people per room. If the number of people booking exceeds 4, a second room will be arranged.
  
• Room type is subject to hotel arrangement and cannot be specified.
  
• Personal toiletries are not provided in the resort rooms; please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swabs, and comb. Hair dryers, small towels, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided in the rooms. Please bring any other necessities you require.
  
• The resort rooms are a single-bed room with a heated kang bed. There will be one double bed or two single beds. If more than 2 people stay, the extra people will need to make up beds. The beds will be in the cabinets and you can take them yourself.
