  • Huanghuacheng Reservoir

    You will be picked up by private comforttable car with English speaking guide. Then we will drive to original Great Wall (1.5 hours drive). After 1-1.5 hours visit, we will escort you back to your hotel or airport. The whole tour will last about 4-5 hours. Original Great Wall: This Great Wall located in northern Huairou district of Beijing. It is the only lakeside Great Wall in Beijing. About 80km away from airport. It is one of the top destinations for a Great Wall hiking tour and camping base. As this part of Great Wall is more original and no cable car there, so visitors should be in good physical condition.

Wild Great Wall is very pretty and less touristy. We can park our car just below the Great Wall, then walk 5 mins to the Great Wall through Mountain path, very fast. But is a little bit steep to walk further up, so please make sure you are active.
The tour last about 4 more hours, plus the time(2 hours) to get out of airport and the time(2 hours) to catch flight, so it require at least 9 hours layover to make this tour happen.
Visa Process: 1) Arrive in Beijing and get off the plane. 2) Follow signs to baggage claim, then you will find China immigration inspection. 3) Apply 24-144 hours visa(fill out a long white form beforehand) 4) After get visa, walk back to the regular line for immigration clearance. 5) Walk outside baggage claim to find your driver. 6) Driver will hold your name sign outside baggage claim.
