When using trains or buses, please scan your QR code at QR-compatible ticket gates to enter and exit.
An additional fee is required to use Keihan Railway’s “Premium Car” or “Liner” services.
In the event of service disruptions, alternative transportation will be provided only for tickets that have already been activated and are still within the valid period.
This ticket cannot be used on other railway lines, including Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, and Kintetsu.
If you travel beyond the valid area, please inform the staff at the station where you get off and pay the fare adjustment.
Please check the operating hours and closure days of affiliated facilities in advance.
When using discount benefits, please present the electronic ticket screen to the facility staff.
If purchase information cannot be verified due to device malfunction, dead battery, or other issues, the service will not be available. In such cases, the regular passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
Matters related to the use of this ticket are governed by the transportation terms and conditions and passenger regulations of each operating company.
[When purchasing multiple tickets]
If multiple tickets are purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used individually and will all be activated at the same time.
If you wish to use multiple tickets separately, please purchase them in separate transactions.
[About One-Time Password (OTP)]
• For security purposes, you may be required to complete OTP verification. In that case, please follow the steps below:
1. Enter the email address where you would like to receive the OTP and press the send button.
2. Check that the OTP has been sent to the email address entered in Step 1.
(The OTP email will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp”. Please also check your spam/junk folder. If you cannot find the email, the address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the usage page from the voucher URL and re-enter your email address.)
3. Enter the OTP from the email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button.
If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed.
(Once OTP verification is completed, future OTPs will be sent to the registered email address. This email address cannot be changed, so please make sure to use an address that you can access on the day of use.)
