Embark on a journey focused on balance and wellness, starting with a pick-up
from your hotel lobby. You will enjoy a bicycle trip (around 5km) through the
peaceful countryside to Thanh Dong village. Upon arrival at Madame Vân_Food &
Drinks, you'll be greeted with a welcome herb Lemon Tea.
Your host will then guide you through their medicinal garden, introducing you
to a diversity of plants and explaining how they are used as food according to
traditional Eastern principles of balance. You will have the opportunity to
harvest leaves from dedicated plants and learn how to prepare them to eat raw.
Following the garden experience, you'll participate in a short cooking class
featuring "Banh Xeo" (local pancake) before sitting down to enjoy a healthy
and delicious Vietnamese family-style lunch or dinner.

You will be picked up at your hotel lobby and begin your bicycle trip (around 5 km) to Thanh Dong village_Cam Thanh, cycling through the peaceful countryside10:00
Arrival at Madame Vân_Food & Drinks. Guests are offered a welcome herb Lemon Tea. You will then be taken to the garden by the host to be introduced to medicinal herbs and learn how to use these plants as food.12:00
Enjoy a short cooking class “Banh Xeo” and have Vietnamese family style lunch/dinner.13:30
Say goodbye to the host and get on the electric car back to the hotel. End of the trip.

- Equipment for Children: The tour price does not include specialized equipment for children such as: child safety car seats, strollers, or special meals/menus for infants. Guests are responsible for preparing all necessary personal items to ensure their children's comfort.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
