Please state your arrival date and flight number upon check out. For arrival transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 1 hour from actual flight landing time. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered as a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
- Departure Transfers -
Location: Hotels in Singapore Please state your hotel address and preferred pick up date and time.
Please provide ample time for hotel pick ups (at least 4 hours before your departure time) For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time The driver will wait for you up to 10 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are uncontactable after the schedule pick up time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
