Operating Hours
- Sunday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled launch time.
- Regardless of listed closing time, plan to arrive no later than 6:00 PM.

- Located within the Grandview Market Place at the bottom of Clifton Hill.
- Report to the blue Zipline Check-In kiosk.
Must Know
- This attraction is busiest between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
- Maximum group size is 9 participants.
- Clothing must be fitted and secure; long hair must be tied back.
- Closed-toe, secure running shoes are mandatory. No flip-flops, Crocs, slides, or flats.
