This unique private day tour takes you to explore the Shanghai Grand View Garden (also known by Daguanyuan) by Dianshan Lake. The exquisite gardens and complex featured in the famous classic novel "A Dream of Red Chamber" written by Cao Xueqin in the 18th century. The novel has been filmed a number of times, and was a popular love story TV series in China. Followed by a relaxing short walk along the lake, and enjoy the beautiful nature surroundings. Continue to Sheshan scenic area , where you will see the historical Sheshan Catholic Church and enjoy a beer or soft drink in the amazing Quarry Hotel before heading back to Shanghai city. Tasty local lunch, entrance fee, private guide and transfer service are all inclusive.

2 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedMeet up your friendly private guide in the morning, and head up to Shanghai Grand View Garden in Qingpu district (65km from Shanghai city center). Upon arrival, enjoy your time in the gardens include various compounds and pavilions. If you are the lovers of novel "A Dream of Red Chamber", you will find the similar lovely courtyards, lodges, towers, bridges, long views of landscaped woodlands and flowering trees and related characters in the attraction. 2 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedAfter lunch, continue your tour to Sheshan scenic area, a hill in Songjiang district, where to appreciate the beautiful view from the highest point Sheshan Catholic Church (Sheshan Basilica). If time allows, you can also visit Shanghai Observatory (at your own cost). Then, enjoy a drink at the amazing Shenkeng Quarry (the world's first underground hotel Inside an abandoned quarry). When your tour is finished, you will be transferred back to Shanghai city.
