Good To Know
As Dolphin Island offers a limited number of sessions per day, tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Dolphin Discovery and Dolphin Encounter are two separate Dolphin Interaction programs that will be held at different pools, at different times.
All programmes are suitable for any person aged 4 years old and above and are in generally good health and fitness to participate in the programme.
A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorise participation for those who are below 21 years old.
Children under 4 years old can take part in the Dolphin Encounter programme but they must participate with an accompanied paying adult.
Personal photography and videography will not be allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for the purchase of photographs.
Programmes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Participants must be present before the marine mammal trainer determines cancellation or postponement due to the weather condition.
Participants are recommended to bring their own swimsuit, towel and an additional mask in the event of unforeseen weather or splashing.
Guests are not allowed to bring in their bags and other loose items, such as jewellery and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc.). Small lockers are provided to store your loose items.

We had a phenomenal time meeting Tayo the dolphin! The instructor was both knowledgeable and very entertaining and Tayo the dolphin absolutely beautiful! Our son had an awesome day! First with Tayo and then finishing with some fun at the Adventure Cove Waterpark
Great experiences, knowledgeable trainers, fun and unforgettable time spent learning more about dolphins. We played with dolphin Wei Shin and Isabel. No hard sell or wasting time on pictures like other has reviewed. Highly recommend, worth the time spent.
Wonderful experience! A must do for every family. The trainers and staff ensure on the best experience for visitors.
While the program claimed to be 90 mins experience, it is pretty much the same as Dolphin Encounter, just that we have 10-15mins longer interaction with the dolphins in water. The trainers were all friendly and very knowledgeable on the dolphins. The kids enjoyed the session.
