I don’t have the chance to go to the trip as the trip is canceled and not inform me earlier. When i text first the travel agency on the day of the tour, did i know that the trip canceled. Even though Pelago give me 30% voucher discount it not cover my time, expenses and frustration. You’re supposed to inform me 24 hours early not on the day of the trip. The voucher you give me should don’t have time limit as not my fault. Also you should give me free vouchers the same value of my payment because i already reached the outlet and know one inform me on earlier.
