Well organised. And extremely safe. The staff were really friendly as well. Overall an excellent experience.

There are 2 routes, can be quite intense if you choose not to slow down. Great for racing.

It was really great

The was a total waste of time. We waited 30 minutes just to check in and then we waited another 1 hour just to do the skywalk. Then waited another 20 minutes just to do the zip line. We also then waited about another 1 hour to do the luge. The product that I purchased said that it would take 1.5 hours. We were at hanuman from 2:30 pm to 7:40 pm. It was so unorganized that everyone was cutting in line and people just talk to the check staff when they had an issue especially people with a very large group. Like 10-15 people. We had to cancel our other plans as this activity that is very expensive ran well into another activity that we had planned. I would not recommend to friends and family and I would not do this ever again. Staffs here were very rude. Really catered to specific people from specific countries. Customer service was very poor. Went to a food booth to get some water for my kids and the employee said in a very rude and condescending tone. “Go other booth, pay first”. Not the most friendliest way to speak to a customer. I would never go back.
