- Park admission is available at both Studio Plaza and SkyAvenue Gateway near Jom Makan (previously Medan Selera) from 11:00 AM onwards.
- All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds are advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue (near Jom Makan), for park admission.
- Entry via Studio Plaza is reserved for hotel guests only.

- Do not activate or link your ticket codes until you are at the attraction. Activating them in advance may lead to the tickets expiring.
- Admission and selected attractions are subject to height and age restrictions as set by the park.
- Outdoor and larger rides may close temporarily during rain or strong winds for guest safety.

This is good experience. Temperature is good ~25-28. Pleasant weather. There are plenty of rides for kids 3-8 years which keeps them entertained. Food inside is decent and not expensive.
Pelago really saved my wallet that day!!! All other sites, including the Resorts World website, only allow advance booking on the next day onwards. However, I was able to purchase the discounted ticket prices for the same day on Pelago. Booking experience was fuss free, and ticket passes received on both whatsapp and email.

Genting was a nice places luckily it was not a busy day so we got to do all the rides. Carry sweater wit you as it tends to get very chill. Overall good experience. Kids loved it. Thank you Pelago
