- Park admission is available at both Studio Plaza and SkyAvenue Gateway near Jom Makan (previously Medan Selera) from 11:00 AM onwards.
- All guests visiting Genting SkyWorlds are advised to use the SkyAvenue Gateway, located at Level G, SkyAvenue (near Jom Makan), for park admission.
- Entry via Studio Plaza is reserved for hotel guests only.
Must Know
- Do not activate or link your ticket codes until you are at the attraction. Activating them in advance may lead to the tickets expiring.
- Admission and selected attractions are subject to height and age restrictions as set by the park.
- Outdoor and larger rides may close temporarily during rain or strong winds for guest safety.
- All rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, and other offerings are subject to availability, modification, or reduced capacity on the day of your visit.

However, I was able to purchase the discounted ticket prices for the same day on Pelago. Booking experience was fuss free, and ticket passes received on both whatsapp and email.
