- Ticket is valid for one (1) Skyflyers ride on the selected date and timeslot.
- No loose items (phones, glasses, hats, etc.) are allowed on the ride. Lockers or non-riders must hold belongings.
- Riders must empty all pockets before boarding.
- Footwear may need to be removed before boarding.
- Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denied entry without refund.
- Operating hours and ride availability may change due to weather or technical issues.
- Minimum height: 120 cm.
- Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult.
- Not permitted for individuals with medical conditions such as back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, vertigo, panic disorder, recent surgery, or mobility limitations.
- Not permitted for pregnant individuals, persons with disabilities, or children with special needs.
- Riders under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry.
- Guests who cannot be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be allowed to ride.
- Minimum height: 120 cm (no exceptions).
