- Passport must be presented when redeeming the railway pass and admission ticket.
- Hankyu Railway Pass redemption: Hankyu Tourist Centre (Umeda, Osaka / Kawaramachi, Kyoto).
- Hanshin Railway Pass redemption: Osaka redemption counters only.
- Redemption counters operate daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Bath tax of JPY 75 must be paid onsite (children under 6 and elementary students on weekdays are exempt).
- Additional fees apply for Taiko Yume Jyuraku and Hyotan Yume Jyuraku.
- Taiko no Yuden is initially free for a limited time; charges apply afterward.
- Guests who are pregnant, intoxicated, or have tattoos are not permitted to enter.
- Railway passes include access from Sannomiya → Tanigami → Arima Onsen only; Shinkaichi route not permitted.
- Hankyu Pass excludes Kobe Kosoku Line; Hanshin Pass excludes Hanshin Electric Railway Kobe Rapid Line - Kobe Sannomiya.
- Available only for international travellers; not valid for Japanese citizens or residents.
- Online purchases for children under 12 are not available; tickets must be purchased onsite.
