- There are several Robinson Department Stores in Bangkok. You must come to the Robinson Department Store located at Asok Station.
- As this is a join-in tour, we depart without prior notice to prevent serious complaints from other guests and disruptions to the tour if customers are late.
- Traffic congestion in Bangkok is severe. We recommend using the BTS (Asok Station Exit 5) or the MRT (Sukhumvit Station Exit 3).
- If you must travel by taxi, please call +66 (0)2 207 8000 (Westin Grande Hotel) before coming.
- Robinson Department Store is located to the left of the Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
- Date changes and full refunds are not available for same-day no-shows or delays.

- There is a dress code for the Royal Palace tour. Shorts or skirts that come above the knee, sleeveless tops, slippers, and flip-flops are not permitted. We recommend wearing long pants or skirts, short-sleeved shirts, and sandals or sneakers.
- Luggage cannot be stored inside the vehicle.
- We block purchases in advance for days when entry to the Royal Palace is unavailable. If the Thai government suddenly announces an event at the Royal Palace after confirmation, we will notify you in advance and provide a full refund; however, if entry is unavailable due to an event, this reservation is unrelated.
- Taking the Chao Phraya boat is a means of traveling to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn) on a shuttle boat rather than a private vessel, and you can enjoy the riverside scenery from the boat.
- Children under 70cm are free, but if there are no seats available in the vehicle, they must sit on a guardian's lap.
- The vehicle is a Toyota Commuter 15-passenger, luggage cannot be stored inside the vehicle, and car seats are not provided.
- After the tour ends, you will return to Asok Station. For travel to Khao San, please follow the guide's instructions on the day and take a boat from Wat Arun to Khao San individually. Since Wat Arun is located on the other side of the river, traffic may be heavy if you travel to Khao San by taxi.
