Departure point: Sapporo city (If the departure or end point is in a different location, the return time must be deducted from the 10-hour usage time. Please inform us when booking for customer service confirmation.)
The usage time is 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. Overtime is charged at 5,000 JPY/hour for 7-seater/10-seater and 8,000 JPY/hour for 14-seater/18-seater/23-seater or above (paid on-site).
Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (English needs to be confirmed in advance).
Itinerary arrangement: Please confirm the itinerary content before departure. If you need to change the itinerary, please inform us in advance, as it may increase the cost.
- －Vehicle Introduction－ Vehicle: Toyota Alphard 3rd Gen or equivalent, luxury 7-seater, can carry 5 passengers (3 x 28-inch luggage or 4 x 26-inch luggage or 5 x 24-inch luggage)
- Vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, comfortable 10-seater, can carry 9 passengers (9 passengers with 9 x 28-inch luggage or 10 x 26-inch luggage or 14 x 24-inch luggage)
- Vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent, comfortable 14-seater, can carry 13 passengers (13 passengers with 2 x 28-inch luggage or 4 x 26-inch luggage or 6 x 24-inch luggage)
- Vehicle: Toyota COASTER or equivalent, comfortable 18-seater, can carry 17 passengers (17 passengers with 18 x 28-inch luggage)
- Vehicle: FUSO ROSA or equivalent, comfortable 23-seater, can carry 22 passengers (22 passengers with 18 x 28-inch luggage)
- Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into attractions.

Purchase Notice
- This product is a private charter car service. The usage time is 10 consecutive hours between 8:00 and 21:00. Overtime is charged at 5,000 JPY/hour for 7-seater/10-seater and 8,000 JPY/hour for 14-seater/18-seater/23-seater or above (paid on-site).
- To ensure a smooth and pleasant journey, please make sure to note the route of the attractions you wish to visit when booking. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted based on traffic conditions on the day of departure.
- For your comfort, please be sure to accurately fill in the number of passengers and luggage. The number of passenger seats will decrease as the amount of luggage increases. Please refer to the vehicle's passenger capacity limit when booking. If the booking does not meet the requirements, the store will make corrections and modifications.
- If overtime occurs due to weather or traffic congestion, regardless of whether it is due to natural causes or traffic regulations, you are still required to pay the overtime service fee and night service fee incurred.
- If you are unable to travel due to force majeure (special illness, flight cancellation) and need to cancel the order, please contact customer service with proof, and they will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
