• The price is the same for both children and adults.
  * Infants under 24 months are not permitted on the tour due to long tour times and safety reasons. Please note that if you board without prior notice, you may be asked to disembark midway.
  
• Young babies and children often cry and fuss during long tours. Since this is a group tour, please take extra care to monitor your child's condition and provide proper care.
  
• Due to the nature of the tour (long distances, safety concerns), pregnant women and seniors must notify us in advance before making a reservation. Please understand that you may be asked to discontinue your tour if you continue to cause inconvenience to other guests.
  
• Tours may be canceled if the minimum number of participants (10) is not met. Please understand that even after confirmation, changes or cancellations may occur due to insufficient participants or bus issues.
  
• As soon as you purchase the product, your reservation will be placed on hold. Please wait a moment for confirmation. We will process your reservation and respond to your inquiries sequentially.
  
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation notification and text message within 1-2 days. On the day of your tour, show your guide the [KKday confirmation notification text] before boarding the bus and provide your name.
  
• Depending on the number of participants, there may be multiple buses traveling together, and in these cases, multiple guides will be assigned.
• Please note that if you are late for the meeting time, you will be marked as a no-show and will depart without separate notice.
• You can store your carrier in the bus luggage compartment.
• The guide will not contact you individually on the day of the tour.
• Please note that tours you have booked will be processed in accordance with the refund policy in case of date errors, simple change of mind, schedule changes, tardiness, or no-shows.
  
• If you are unable to board due to personal reasons or being late, separate contact and refunds are absolutely not possible.
• If you are late for the meeting time, you may be asked to leave without individual contact, so please be on time.
• All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consider the first seat you sit in as your assigned seat and proceed with the tour. We recommend arriving on time for the meeting.
  * The front seat must be kept empty to allow the guide to proceed with the tour.
• This tour is led by a veteran Korean guide. To ensure the safety of our travelers, we are covered by travel insurance. In addition to tour insurance, we recommend purchasing personal travel insurance before traveling abroad.
• Please prepare sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable shoes & clothes, tissues, wet wipes, spare batteries, pocket Wi-Fi, personal first aid kit, portable fan, foldable umbrella & raincoat, etc.
• Please use earphones when using personal electronic devices. Please refrain from causing inconvenience to others on this one-day group bus tour.
• If the organizer determines you are unfit to participate in the tour, you may be asked to discontinue your tour. We hope you enjoy your trip and have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience by following proper etiquette.
  
• If you wish to bring a carrier or stroller, please notify us in advance. We cannot provide assistance in the event of damage or loss.
  
• Please understand that the schedule and time may change depending on real-time local traffic and weather conditions.
• Anyone who verbally or abusively targets employees is subject to punishment under the Industrial Safety and Health Act. We ask all employees to refrain from verbally or abusively targeting employees.
