Explore one of the most advanced mines in Europe at the end of the 1970s. The mines were in operation from 1971 to 1981 and were one of the most modern mines in Europe, built with very innovative criteria for the time. At the time of the cessation of extractive activity, only 1/3 of the deposit had been exploited, despite there still being a lot of iron in the depths, available up to 250 meters below sea level.
