Visitors 12 years old but still attending primary school are subject to the primary school student fare. Visitors who are 15 years old but still attending junior high school are subject to the junior high school student fare. Visitors 18 years old but still attending high school are subject to the high school student fare.

Admission tickets are required for children ages 3 to 6 at Sumida Aquarium. Preschoolers aged 6 will be charged the child rate.

Admission to Tokyo Skytree is free for children under 5 and 6-year-old preschoolers.

There is no specific entry time for Sumida Aquarium. Tickets are only valid on the day of purchase and must be used during business hours.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
