Highlights
Set sail from the Old Harbour in downtown Reykjavik for a sea angling tour. Fishing has been a huge part of Icelandic culture for centuries, and there is no better way to get a fresh taste of Iceland. Your experienced crew will take you to the fishing grounds and provide help and friendly advice along the way. The catch is grilled on board and is served with potatoes and garlic sauce.
Popular with both locals and tourists, the fishing tour is a fantastic way to spend an evening surrounded by the mountains and breathtaking fjord views while you fish. The most common type of fish you're likely to catch is cod, but you might also reel in pollock, rockfish, wolffish, and haddock. If you would like to take your catch home to prepare instead just let your guide know!

Extremely disappointing experience. On the listing, it says: Catch grilled on board A 100% chance of success We are expecting to grill the fishes that were caught, but fishes that are caught was nowhere to be found after the session. we were served fishes which tasted like frozen fillets. The boat was extremely shakey due to the strong wave and none of us were given life jackets. We were looking forward to this experience the most but it’s the worse we experienced in Iceland.
