We will travel 245 kilometers along the Panamericana Sur highway to reach Paracas, a popular tourist destination in the Pisco province. Along the way, we’ll make a short stop in the city of Chincha, where you can use the facilities and optionally enjoy a traditional local breakfast. Our journey continues until we arrive in Paracas at approximately 7:45 AM.

We’ll begin with a visit to the iconic Candelabro geoglyph, a mysterious and massive figure carved into the cliffs overlooking Independence Bay in Paracas. Next, we’ll embark on a scenic 30 minute boat ride to the stunning Ballestas Islands, often referred to as the “Galápagos of Peru.” During the tour, you’ll witness an incredible display of marine biodiversity, including guano birds, Peruvian Boobies, Guanay Cormorants, Red-legged Cormorants, Peruvian Terns, Pelicans, Humboldt Penguins, sea lions, and if we're lucky, dolphins. After approximately 2 hours exploring the Ballestas Islands, we’ll return to the private dock at Independence Bay. Between 10:00 and 10:30 AM, we’ll continue our journey towards Ica, where the next part of your adventure begins.

We’ll visit award winning national wineries, where you'll discover the traditional process of making Peruvian wine and pisco. Learn about the centuries old techniques still used today, and enjoy a guided tasting of the winery’s finest wines and pisco straight from the cellar.

Next, we’ll visit the stunning Huacachina Oasis, a natural wonder located just five kilometers west of the city of Ica. Surrounded by massive sand dunes and emerald-green waters, this desert paradise is lined with lush vegetation, including palm trees, eucalyptus, and native Huarango carob trees, a vital resting spot for migratory birds. Here, you’ll experience a thrilling 1.5 hour dune buggy adventure, perfect for adrenaline lovers. Feel the rush of speed as our buggy climbs and descends the towering dunes, with the wind in your face and golden sand flying all around you. It’s an exhilarating ride you won’t forget. After the tour, we’ll return to the Huacachina Oasis, where you’ll have free time to walk around, relax, and capture stunning photos of this unique desert escape.
