Restaurant Palais Bab Sahra Fes
Moroccan tea is not an ordinary drink, in the social relations of Morocco, it symbolizes friendship and hospitality. Besides, I wanted to introduce Moroccan culture through this tea & pastries ceremony. During this special experience and after meeting you in our traditional house called Palais, you will meet our team to start preparing tea for the ceremony. I will explain everything on the ingredients (dried green tea (cannon powder), a few fresh mint, sugar, boiling water) and the best way to prepare perfect Moroccan mint tea while discussing traditions and culture interesting. After finishing the preparation of the tea, we will taste our mint tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries and sweets such as: Gazelle horns, chebakia, sweet briouates ... It's delicious! I will be very happy to be the one who will present the beauty of this culture to you, as I said, Moroccan tea is very special and although it can be drunk at any time of the day, we have chosen the End of the afternoon at sunset for the best atmosphere. To enjoy a fresh and peaceful tea ceremony.
