After lunch visit a boutique gin distillery for tastings of gin infused with Australian native botanicals, as well a s tasing of hand made limoncello.
The final cellar door tasting pairs their wine with locally made cheese and chocolate. Before returning to Sydney we look for wild kangaroos that live among the vines and bushland.

Our guide was great, we enjoyed our time in the nice van with music all the way to Hunter Valley. The vineyards & wineries were great even bought some back. Definitely got a bit high after all the tastings. It was also lucky of us that we were a group of 7 the host for each winery and distillery can focus on us more.
Our driver was very professional and thoughtful. We tasted 20 mini glasses of wine and 8 spirits from 4 different wineries. Experience would be even better if they provided better cheeses for the wine pairing. The cheeses tasted cheap. Would prefer it to be a wine-only experience instead of the involvement of gin. It felt like an after thought and sales talk to sell us their gin.
