Known as Stand Up Paddle Surfing (SUP), this sport consists of standing on a board larger and more stable than surfing, while carrying a single-shovel paddle to navigate the sea, lakes or estuaries. Its main advantage is that you can go out to sea without the need for wind or waves that day, as they are not essential as in surfing; although, if they appear, you can also surf with the same board. We will start exploring the waters that bathe La Herradura, a protected natural place that stands out for its abrupt coasts and small coves. In addition, during the tour we will make several stops so you can take a swim in these waters. If you’re real brave, you can also take to the sea from the heights by climbing the cliffs in the area. You can also use the diving goggles we will lend you to admire the underwater beauty of La Herradura. Finally, we will reach the starting point again, where we will leave the paddle surf boards and, after two hours of walking, we will say goodbye on the beachfront. IMPORTANT: Prior experience in Paddle Surfing is required in order to perform the activity.
