Barasu Island is a small island formed by raised white coral sand (barasu).
The sea area around Barasu Island is called "Sekisei Lagoon," and it is home

designated as a national park. It is an uninhabited island floating in the
blue sea, with nothing but pure white sand and emerald blue waters. The sea is
very clear, the coral is beautiful, and it is perfect for snorkeling.Waterfall

boat from Shirahama Port. You can reach it by canoeing or SUP across Funauki
