※If guests are late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and the waiting time will be deducted from the Private Tour duration. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be reached, the driver will depart and no refund will be provided.
※No additional fees will be charged if the usage time is exceeded due to traffic congestion or similar situations.
The Private Tour route can be flexibly adjusted as long as it does not incur excessive additional costs; please consult customer service in advance if needed.
