The entrance to the building is on the roof of the mall, from where you take the elevator to the observation deck that in 240 meters above the palm island. Before you take the 3 minutes journey up to the deck, you can visit the interactive museum and gallery that will tell you the story about the creation of the Palm Jumeirah. Once you reach the deck, you get to see a 360o view of the Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Its not the voew that was dissapointing but the set up. I think they oversold the tlokets by a few hundred.. That resulted in more than an hour to get to the elevator and same fpr coming down The crowd was just massive and there wasn't really a proper line except when close to the elevators..
