This class encompasses a mixture of land and water based activities. We will teach you how to plan a safe SUP session. How to assess the weather, wind and tides. Identify potential hazards and what each piece of equipment is for and how to use it. We will ensure paddlers know how to fall off their board and get back up correctly. We'll teach important self rescue techniques and basic paddle strokes. Most importantly we'll have fun while doing it.
