- Monday to Sunday: 09:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Last admission is 1 hour before closing time.
- No outside animals may be brought to the zoo or left in vehicles in the parking lot.
- There are no water fountains onsite; you may bring your own beverages or buy bottled water at the gift shop.
- Animal feed for goats, deer, llamas, alpacas, and sheep is available for purchase at the gift shop.
- Adult: 13–59 years.
- Senior: 60+ years.
- Student: Must show a valid student ID.
- Military: Valid ID required for discounted rate.
- Children under 2 years old enter for free and do not require a ticket.
- Child ticket: 2–12 years old.
- Comfortable, closed-toed walking shoes are highly recommended as trails are made of gravel.
- Valid photo ID or student ID for relevant ticket categories.
- Personal food and beverages as water fountains are unavailable.
- The zoo is wheelchair accessible.
- Please note that zoo trails are made of gravel.
