Had an absolutely entertaining experience; the host is a great entertainer and should be given more praise, the sunset view we got of the river during the cruise was breathtaking, and the buffet food was superb

If you would like to have a terrible experience with a cruise provider who has no respect and sympathy for their customers, then this is the perfect choice! We booked 3 Sunset Buffet tickets for this obnoxious service on a day that was very unfortunate when Bangkok streets were flooded and travelling was terribly difficult (and we were first time comers) When we arrived late, soaked to the skin, a lady from White Orchid with a grumpy face, who looked nothing like she was talking to her customers simply said "Ship leave. You pay 800 baht more each if you want dinner ship. 500 baht more each if you want change to tomorrow" Okay first of all that was such great English grammar coming from the staff of something you might think is a premium servive. Secondly, no one with such a nasty face and unhelpful behavior should follow a career in services, seriously. And thirdly, you are dumb if you're willing to pay either 800 or 500 baht for these rip-off greedy caterer. I can pay some minor extra fee but not this, thanks, especially with the situation we were in. Pelago took no responsibility for this by the way. They just gave us a local number that connected to a lady from the customer service that said she couldn't help with anything cause White Orchid's decision was final. She also made some unpleasant laughter and said that no one wanted this situation and something else that maybe my English level was too inferior to theirs to understand (well you already know lol). Okay whatever she said, said the one who stayed under the roof and made no travel under the extremely heavy rain and flooded streets. After all, shame on all of you, including Pelago, White Orchid and their obnoxious female employees. It's just a cycle of blaming each other! Thanks. We've had such a great first experience with Pelago and Thailand! If you still want to try this horrible service, try to set out earlier. Don't be like us, or else you already know your verdict lol

Food variety was limited and only the top deck was open. The good part: They are able to accommodate my family to allow us to take the middle deck due to mobility limited elderly in my group. Free flow of beer. Very helpful staff, although a limited few of them.
