You will be picked up by the private guide in the morning from the hotel lobby. Head to the Temple of Heaven where is the world-famous park used to be the place where the emperors worshipped the God of Heaven 600 year ago. It is one of the ancient Chinese temples of its kind that still stand with supreme status integrity and characteristics. After you reach the Temple you will immerse yourself in Chinese culture in a unique way——experience Tai Chi, which has been a once in a lifetime experience for many people. Master Han will show you the 24 Simplized Yang style Tai Chi, and then teach you the Tai Chi basic movements step by step. Don’t worry if you’ve never practice it before, the master will correct your movements patiently and help you to express your body as nature intended which will leave you feeling refreshed, energetic. After that you will visit some important buildings such as the circular Altar; Imperial Vault of Heaven and Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. You will understand the significance and functions of each building. By the end of tour, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
