Our Universal Studios Singapore VIP experience was outstanding from start to finish. Entry into the park was incredibly fast via a dedicated VIP line, we were inside in under a minute and immediately escorted to the VIP lounge, which had a private bathroom, cookies, macarons, and a great selection of refreshments including Coke, iced green tea, iced lemon tea, water, plus tea and coffee facilities. We then met our private guide, Izz, who stayed with us for five hours and planned the day perfectly, starting with outdoor rides first due to Singapore’s unpredictable weather. Throughout the tour we accessed rides through true VIP lanes, often entering via the exit, boarding the next available ride immediately and choosing our preferred seats, including front row. Izz tailored the entire experience to our preferences, answered all our questions, and made us feel like celebrities all day. During the guided tour we completed all of the major attractions, and once it ended we still had unlimited express passes, which meant my son and I were able to ride Human vs Cylon six times. We also received $25 SGD per person in meal vouchers, $100 in total, which easily covered dinner at the diner with money left over. Our tour group was small and intimate, just our family of four and another family of five, which was a really nice balance. After the guided tour, we were able to return to the VIP lounge to rest, use the bathroom, and enjoy more snacks and drinks, and the only improvement I would suggest is building in short rest breaks during the tour itself, perhaps a 10 minute pause each hour to duck back to the lounge. To top it all off, Izz was absolutely exceptional, even spotting us after the park had closed while we were waiting for the train to check on us and confirm that we had a good day. I would absolutely recommend this experience and genuinely feel it offers great value for money.

totally worth the money. otherwise we would have just wandered cluelessly queuing here and there. our guide Jaelin took us through some of the best rides and shows with the time that we had. She was super helpful taking our kid's priorities to choose the rides and shows.

Seamless check-in at nice lounge; being able to beat the long queues to enter the park was a huge plus. Guide was friendly and accommodated to the diverse needs of the different age groups.
