- Visitors participating in the Chatan whale watching tour are required to pay a 300 yen environmental protection tax upon registration. Please pay the tax in cash to the on-site staff on the day of registration.
- Winter is when the waves in Okinawa are at their highest, so pregnant women cannot participate. As for infants, the captain will determine whether it is safe to board the boat based on the sea conditions that day.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and sea conditions, the whale watching tour may be cancelled on the day of the event. Users will be notified via the contact information provided. If the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, participants can choose another day during their stay in Okinawa.

Pregnant women
You may be splashed by waves when watching whales. Please wear warm or waterproof clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Avoid wearing unstable shoes such as high heels. Be sure to wear a life jacket provided by the ship throughout the process.
Guests who are prone to seasickness are advised to take their own seasickness medicine in advance.
For your safety, please wear a life jacket at all times.
