Email with detailed instructions was sent day before pick up. Driver was early and easy to spot as he held up a sign with my name at the lobby (as outlined in their email) making the transfer fuss free for me
It was a very smooth experience. We arrived early than the given pick up time but the co ordinator was ready with our name board. We didn’t have to search from the pile of names hung up there. After that We just had to wait for 10 mins for our driver to reach the exit gate. The car was gorgeous and squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this for stress free travels.
