【Validity Period / Expiration】
Valid for 24 hours from the first gate entry on the day you press the “Start Use” button, on any one day within 90 days after purchase.
※If the ticket is not used by the last train on the day the “Start Use” button is pressed, it will become invalid.
【How to Use】
1. A QR Ticket is a service that allows you to purchase a QR digital ticket in advance on your smartphone and pass through automatic ticket gates by scanning the QR code.
2. You can enter and exit through ticket gates that support QR codes.
(The following gates are not supported: Kita-Senju Station South Exit and North Exit [Hibiya Line], Nakameguro Station, Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station, Yoyogi-Uehara Station, Wakoshi Station, Shibuya Station [Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line], Meguro Station, Oshiage Station [Asakusa Line], Shinjuku Station [Shinjuku Line], and the Tsukuba Express transfer gate at Shin-Okachimachi Station.)
※At ticket gates that do not support QR codes, please contact the station staff at the gate. You may be asked to scan the QR code provided at the gate by yourself.
If no staff member is present, please use the intercom at the ticket gate to call station staff.
3. Before using the ticket, be sure to press the “Start Using” button and complete the entry process.
4. If you purchase multiple tickets at the same time, you can distribute each ticket to different smartphone devices via SNS, etc., before starting to use them.
5. If you use multiple QR codes on a single device, please ensure that the customer holding the voucher passes through the gate last.
※Passing through the ticket gates may take longer than usual, and you may miss your intended train. Please allow sufficient time when using the ticket.
6. This ticket cannot be used to travel on any lines other than the Tokyo Metro lines and Toei Subway lines.
7. Printed QR codes or screenshots cannot be used.
※If the validity of the ticket cannot be confirmed on the screen due to loss of the device, battery depletion, etc., you will be required to pay the regular fare for the section traveled, including the valid section of this ticket. Please note that charging facilities are not provided at stations.
8. The ticket cannot be used after the validity period or expiration date has passed.
9. Refunds are only available within the validity period and before starting to use the ticket. A refund handling fee of 220 yen per transaction (per payment) will be charged via the purchase history page.
10. By presenting the valid ticket screen, you are eligible for substitute transportation services.
11. If you have any questions or issues with the QR Ticket, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the ticket and provide your “Reservation Number” and “Name.”
【Usage Instructions】
・This ticket is valid only on all Tokyo Metro lines and all Toei Subway lines.
・This ticket allows unlimited rides for 24 hours from the time of first entry.
・The Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket (QR) allows you to pass through ticket gates by displaying the QR code purchased on the sales site or a distributed QR code on a smartphone or other device.
・If you do not pass through an automatic ticket gate by the last train on the day you press the “Start Use” button, the ticket will become invalid. Due to system restrictions, please press the “Start Use” button after the first train on the day of use.
・For refunds, please cancel before the first gate entry by yourself via My Page ▶ Reservation Page ▶ View Details.
・Children must use the Child QR ticket when traveling.
About Using QR Special Tickets:
・Each QR special ticket is issued as one code per person.
・Up to 10 electronic tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.
・Before first use only, QR special tickets can be distributed to accompanying passengers. After distribution, each person may enter and exit the gates independently and travel separately.
・Tickets that have been used once cannot be distributed. Tickets that cannot be distributed must be used to enter and exit the gates together with accompanying passengers.
・It is also possible to distribute only some of the QR special tickets.
・If a passenger does not have a smartphone or other device, the ticket holder should scan the QR codes for each user in sequence at the ticket gate. Please allow accompanying passengers to enter and exit first, and then have the ticket holder scan last to pass through.
If no station staff is present at the ticket gate, it may take some time for them to respond after being called. Thank you for your understanding.
