Explanations from the MexiTour staff were clear on where to meet and get the shuttle. I was pleasantly surprised this was a meet-and-greet system, someone was outside the arrival gates with a sign for MexiTour, and Susie brought me to the airport exit to wait for my driver. As I arrived early in the morning, there were no other passengers and I had the car all to myself. The car looked like it had seen better days but it brought me to my hotel in good time and safely!
