We had an incredible time on the Beyond Michelin Food Tour with our guide, Yong. Yong’s knowledge and storytelling made this tour a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the heart of Singapore’s !
Come hungry! Our guide did a great job taking us through Chinatown, giving us history, and changing up food options on the fly based on what we had eaten and had not eaten before. Props to Weng for a great experience! Weng also took a ton of photos for us and then sent them to us on WhatsApp, allowing us to focusing on the eating. Highly recommend him and this tour.
Yap was an excellent guide. We sampled a number of food choices and learned a lot about the food culture and life in Singapore. The food was all tasty and included things I would not have tried on my own. I appreciate that he took us to see a public apartment building and also to a development center with a great topographic map and info about Singapore city planning. I’m glad we went in the morning as places were not as crowded.
It was fine . The meeting spot changed at the last minute .The guide was well informed and friendly . Too much of vegetable and meat market .
